encampment in the south bay. police are moving in on nearly 100 people >> the good news is that i talked to the chief and he stated that the damage on the end interior is 5. they just won't make sure that everything is okay. the fire fighters are in there making sure that the hot spots do not run along the inside of the walls. it is over. it took them about 45 minutes. as far as where the fire started they know that this started outside of the business about 3 05 a.m. this morning. a police officer drove pass unnoticed in and then called the fire department. the cause is still under investigation. >> a shooting victim is in

the hospital this morning and now the search is on for a gunmen in san francisco. police say, that two people were in the white car on the screen, when a suspect opened fired hitting the 30 year-old male passenger, in downtown san francisco near bryant street. the driver was not hit, and drove off looking for a hospital. the eventually the driver stopped at market and davis shutting down traffic the passenger was taken to the hospital would like spring injuries. the driver is being questioned about what exactly led to the shooting, the suspect is still on the loose. >> new this morning, san francisco police are searching for two suspects who robbed a house then fled across the bay bridge. authority say that two male suspects forced their way into a home in the 2100 block of 23rd street in san francisco's potrero hill

neighborhood. robbers then pass what the victim, took an iphone and ipad then fled from the residents. police were able to track the suspect on the bay bridge before they lost sight of the vehicle. anyone with information on robbers is asked to contact the san francisco police to permit. >> time is up for about 100 people living in a homeless encampment in san jose near the guadalupe river. police officers will clear the area at 8:03 a.m. this morning. kron4 mike pelton who is in san jose with more. >> this is about 28 a. of uninhabited land. if they want to move the people out of here so the thick in cleared up. this stretch runs along spring street between taylor. it was left vacant because it is located near an airport.

keeping an eye on wall street this morning. the dow, nasdaq and s&p are all up on good news in the job market. >> u.s. employers added 236,000 jobs to their payrolls last month. and the unemployment rate was pushed down to 7.7% from 7.9% in january. that is the lowest in four years. the dow, s&p, and nasdaq are all treading positive this morning. >> the time is 6:09 a.m.. a man who had been reported missing was found stabbed to death in his san jose apartment. a family member identified the body and 69 year-old stanley jacobson. jacobsen, who suffered from dementia went missing in early february. police say, that at some point over the

last few weeks, he showed up without anyone noticing and he was killed. an arrest has been made in the case, but police have not yet released the suspect's name. jacobsen's death marks at san jose's 80th homicide of the year. >> no affirmation in the line in a attack that left a woman dead at an exotic animal park sanctuary in fresno. officials say, that an intern nameddianna hanson was cleaning a lion's cage while she was talking on her cell phone, when she was killed. this is video of the lion's cage where she was attacked by the 550 lb. african lion named "cous- cous. " officials say, that the lion was able to use

nation's largest banks are more prepared to withstand a severe recession than at any time since the 2008 financial crisis. the fed's just released there and will stress tests showing that the nation's 18 largest banks are holding fewer bad loans. every major bank except for allied baked pass the test. this puts the bank's under a scenario of 12 percent unemployment, a 20% drop in home prices, and the stock market losing half of its value. of the major banks, city group and san francisco-based wells fargo fear the best. some analysts contend that the says was still too lenient with the test. >> google is cutting an additional 1200 jobs in is a motorola division as the unprofitable cell phone maker struggles to compete.

>> welcome back. >> police are searching for a suspect who is connected to several residential burglaries and fremont. lorentz nero faces a $1 million warrant in connection with the residential burglary that happened on march 1st. he is described as a black male in his mid-20s about 5 ft. 10 in. tall with short hair and a beard. >> dorn and the march 1st burglary on meyer court he led officers on a short car chase before dumping the car and running off. police searched the car and from property that was taken from another burglary on armour way on february
